The origins

It started with one small office in Johor Bahru and a founder who wanted traditional legal craft run with modern discipline. Seven years on, the family runs from two addresses.

Founded on 5 May by Nur Fatin Rosle. Early name made in real estate, probate, family law and litigation.

2020

The hard year

While the world shut its doors, the firm doubled its clientele and brought in new talent.

First branch outside Johor, focused on real estate and criminal litigation.

Admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2015, now in her tenth year of practice. Started at Messrs. Azmi & Associates in corporate, retail and corporate financing and conveyancing; moved in-house as Assistant Legal Manager at Tiger Synergy Berhad; then broadened into commercial, conveyancing and family-law litigation at Messrs. Woon Wee Yuen & Partners.

Highly skilled in loan documentation for major financial institutions. Currently advises on and drafts corporate agreements for Johor Halal Development Corporation Sdn Bhd, as appointed solicitor for the Johor Halal Development Master Plan 2030.

Admitted in February 2021. Trained in civil and criminal litigation at Abdul Haris & Co, led the Litigation and Conveyancing Department at Messrs. Khairul Sofian Anuar & Co, and was made partner of the Terengganu branch on 5 June 2022. Core strengths: criminal litigation and conveyancing.

16+ years in real estate

Oversees the firm’s operations and procedures. Began in sales and marketing at Property Auction House (2009–2011) and went on to direct SF Golden Properties Management, with deep experience in auctions, subsale transactions and developer projects.
